Number One: Enjoy the language and its lexicon. Whenever I initiate learning any new language, I genuinely relish those novel words, culture, and manner of pronunciation. I attempt to mimic those most utilized words such as “Thank you,” “Sorry,” “Hello,” “Goodbye,” etc. And I find it genuinely captivating.

Number Three: Understand their culture and intonation- Now, after employing it every day in your life, you are accustomed to the words, but are you sure you’re speaking in the right intonation? Chinese is the most complex language when it comes to tonality. So, whichever language you learn, attempt to watch their local dramas or movies. Because through movies, we will know how any word should be articulated. Only by watching Chinese drama did I learn fully communicative Chinese. Isn’t it remarkable? So, you can also learn if you enjoy the language-learning process.
Number Four: Document with your new language- I believe writing is the most efficacious way to learn any language. You might be contemplating that you hardly know some words, so how can you document your journal? Yes, but still, you need to write every single day. But how, right? When I was learning English, I used to amalgamate my own language and English words together, and amalgamating those two languages, I used to document my whole day’s activity. Gradually, English replaced my language, and now I can write a whole article in English. Don’t you believe it? Look, you are reading my article. So, writing every day helps to learn any language very effortlessly.
Number Five: Accumulate references- Now, utilizing the above four steps, you know much more about your desired language. So now, you need to break the ice and start conversing with others who know this language and accumulate books or supplements to comprehend more and more. Back then, a few years ago, it was slightly arduous to find anything language material, but nowadays, with the aid of the internet, this is not tough. So, if you have a phone or laptop with an internet connection, then why are you worrying? Search, and you will find many resources around you.
Number Six: Forge a language partner- So, we have executed many things to master this language solo, right? Now, we need someone to practice in reality. So how to find a language partner? You know, in Bangladesh, it’s genuinely arduous to find a language partner. Correction, impossible. So how did I manage to learn four languages all solo? Let me share this covert with you. Whenever I learn any language, what I do is display my skills in front of my friends, though some of them tease me, among them, some show interest, and there is a loop. I persuaded them to learn this language; I became their teacher for that language which they hardly know. This is how I gradually improve, though they don’t complete their journey, it helps me to improve. Try this; this is very effective.
Number Seven: Listen to the language more than reading- You might be wondering why, right? I’ll tell you why. Whoever is reading this article, you have your native language, right? So now, try to recall those days when you learned your native language. The answer is only by listening. Your mom or the rest of the family members used to converse with you, and you used to emulate those words repeatedly and gradually be able to converse. So, for mastering any language, listening is a core part. The more you listen, the more you will be able to reach your goal.
With all of these steps, you can easily master any language, but all you need to do is practice, practice, and practice in the same way when you were a child and were learning your native tongue.
